March 15, 2023 We’ve used Triangle exclusively since they installed our heat pump in 2014. On the occasion when we’ve had a service call, they’ve always been prompt and courteous. When our heat pump stopped working on a cold Saturday in January, Ben came out within 45 minutes of our call and quickly diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse. He had us up and running with heat in no time. We like that they’re a family-run business and know their customers. We can’t imagine using another company.

January 13, 2018 - I have worked with Triangle on a ton of repairs to my rental properties and personal residence over the years and have had nothing but the best possible experience.
Most recently my boiler at my personal home was out and they were able to install a new one promptly and even offered to provide me with space heaters to keep my family warm while I waited for the new unit to arrive (which did not take long at all)
The work was performed quickly and professionally and the system works great!

February 10, 2021 Woke up one morning my furnace wasn't working. I called Triangle, and within 15 min. the repairman was here. He knew exactly what was wrong and had the part on his truck. The repairman was very professional. I would highly recommend Triangle.

May 19, 2020 I highly recommend Triangle Air Conditioning!! Our A/C stopped blowing cold air and it wasn’t cooling down the house. Kevin came out and had our A/C up & running in less than an hour. He explained our issue and was very knowledgeable. No crazy sales tactics or upselling - I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that!! I’m so happy I found these guys! I’ll definitely be using them for all of my HVAC needs in the future!

January 15, 2020 Hired Triangle to replace my tired furnace before the weather turned cold. Notes below:
+ Pricing was right in the middle of the quotes. Completely fair — not the least costly, but no where near the highest estimate.
+ Selected a Lennox furnace — I think this is Triangle’s preferred brand.
+ Scheduled the job in only five business days after we selected Triangle. 👍
+ Two-man crew showed up right on time (8:30A) and the job was complete at 2:45P.
+ Installation is clean and tidy. Triangle worked clean and left the area spotless — cleaner than when they started.
+ Unit works great. No issues at all.
Highly recommend, no qualifications or reservations. Great work, on time, and at a fair price.

November 3, 2019 My husband called Triangle because our heater was not functioning correctly and we were both exceptionally pleased with the experience all around. Ben was here quickly and gave all the options and estimate of cost up front. Our heater is older and so when he wasn’t able to find the exact part we needed he was able to come up with other solutions that fit our needs. The part was ordered promptly and they were out to fix it as soon as it came in. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for any type of work on their AC/furnace.
