I've been trying for over a month to get them to return a phone call regarding a bill. There are also supposed to do some additional work on an HVAC unit they installed. Have been calling for over a month and no one has returned my call yet. Very disappointed. Previously I would have given them a hundred on customer service, now it's a zero. Very very disappointed. My parents and I have used them for decades. What has happened?

Wow we are so thankful for Gery Heating. I had a problem with our furnace that another HVAC place could not find the issue and I paid a hefty service fee. I thought I better try a new place! Well I found these folks thru the nextdoor website. A great technician (Dave) came out last night and immediately found the issue! A loose wire!! The other folks were thinking of changing the master control board for a few HUNDRED dollars. Ironically the loose wire that Dave found was ON the master control board. Happy and so glad we called Gery Heating!!! We are committed customers now!

The first appointment was two months out and I waited only to be passed over for someone else. Waited with no phone call and I had to call them. I explained I couldn’t wait at the house past 3:30pm and the timeframe was 10am to 2:00pm. The girl explained well I’m sorry he got stuck with another customer. In my opinion I should have to wait two months for a furnace cleaning. Horrible service and an attitude with me when I called them.
